Can anyone confirm if the average speed camera in Rotherhithe and Blackwall are live?

I was driving through Rotherhithe tunnel the other night as per the limit 20mph.
But I get a tw*t behing me tailgating me like there's no tommorow.

 

I have some from last year Will bring a few on the night for anyone who wants one
