Bit of a story
We lost our dog last month ,kidney failure. She hadn’t been able to go walking for quite awhile so we had bought an i30 for my wife to drive. She now wants another Malamute so The Hyundai boot won’t be big enough. So in a moment of madness I said sell mine sell hers and buy a SUV.Thats it no more Subaru.
My wallet can relax,I will shut the door on the way out .

i hope he he brought the cash in a wheelbarrow 👍
good luck with venture new. Sorrow couldn’t do anything about the rain ☔️
Very sorry to hear, Dave.
Sadly, a lot of project thread cars are worth more in parts than whole and in the end business is business.
I'm deep in negative equity on my Bugeye wagon but if I ever decided to part with it I'd offer it on the forum first.
Then at least if I changed my mind there'd be a chance - however remote - of buying it back.

it made 480/440
Have a chat with Mark at THWAITES he mapped it a few weeks ago.
Dave I am absolutely gutted for you mate. That's a total worst case scenario to be honest. After all the effort, let alone the money you've spent on the car it's more the time and emotion you've put into the build to see it being broken totally unemotionally is gutting.
Really feel for you mate. Ryan should have told you. He's lost a good customer there.
