Are the "limpix" lanes empty most of the time or are being used regularily by limpix traffic ? or are they just in force at certain times ?

These are 2 genuine questions from me as would imagine that they would only have the odd coach / bus etc for most of the day, but I could be wrong

The worst thing about the limpix for me so far is that every advert on tv either has sort of link to them (sponsership etc) or they have a union flag / colours on their advert

I think bus lanes are not enforced during the olympics.

 

They had the chap who is in charge of traffic fines in London on the radio today.
He openly admitted that he didn't know when the fines could be imposed or what traffic could be allowed in which lanes.

He was not incompetent. He said that no one has actually clarified what the hell is going on.
