Looks like they are missing Bopara's skill set this morning

Sigh, another thrashing on the cards.

I bloody love test cricket at times. Love it

We're back in the game, that 11 from Bell has put us right back in it, oh no hold on, KP has been a bit more useful. Fastest man to 7000 runs.EVER

He was in the groove yesterday, no one better to watch than KP when he's in that form, shame it didn't carry over to today

LOL I did Japan vs France at Wembley

A good day out and my 9 year old daughter loved it and asked if we could go to a Man U or England match, told her to wait until she was older as the atmosphere probably wouldn't be as jolly !!

What's all this about KP bowing out of the test scene ? He says it's not financially based but I think there is a hell of a lot more to this than meets the eye.......

My misses got confused buying the tickets and we ended up at Wembley ourselves with a Canada flag

Can't believe you were there too!

The Japanese goalie was a full on ninja wasn't she. Even the French penalty had some ninja voodoo going on.

More histrionics from someone who believes he's bigger than the sport. Brilliant player but life will go on, unfortunately he will be remembered for the tantrums as well as the records.

You didn't happen to see a guy dressed as a banana with his missus dressed as a cow did you ?, they were sat alongside us and he spent all match shouting "COME ON JAAAAPAN" which in turn got al the french kids countering with come on France.

The Japanese goalie was like Jeckyl and Hyde, fumbling the ball one minute and then making a world class fingertip save the next, you never knew what she was going to do next !!

More of the KP story coming out from Aggers, it seems there is a Twitter account called "KPGenius" which has wound him up and he believes his team mates are behind it.

I'd put a wad on the Saffers winning the third test and KP making his exit soon afterwards, sounds like his ego is imploding again and it isn't helping the dressing room.

I reckon the Twitter account should have been called FIGJAM !!

I read it from beginning to end there are some gems in there.

I wonder who the author is, all the hacks will be watching each other to see who's tweeting from the media centre at Lords.

For me its got to be a journalist , and ex Crickter. Take your pick he's pissed most of them off.

Kev, please ask your ego to close the door on the way out.

The Elton John of the Cricket world, rather than Tantrums and Tiara's it will be Switch hits and Sulking....

Embarrassing climb down, one very complex egocentric character.

And dropped for the 3rd Test, for being unable to disprove he sent text's to the SA team in which he made derogatory comments about team mates.

Let's see if he over reacts to that decision, I think it's the right decision imho. He need to realise he isn't bigger than the team let alone the game....

We HAVE to win this test. To put that risk because of a fall out with a player is a big statement by the management. If we lose it will be too easy to blame the fact that KP want there. Will that backlash onto KP or Flower?

I'm behind the decision, irrespective of the result, he needed reminding who was in charge.

Ultimately the ECB always will be, glad they had the minerals to do it, other sports may not have, considering as you say the importance of the match.

I'd have thought you'd been the first to congratulate Bopara who is in line to win the ICC International T20 performance of the year

Couldn't see Bell's name being mentioned anywhere though

Will KP ever play for ENG again ?.

ECB want public apology for the "texts"

KP denies ever sending texts

SA management come out the next day and say there were texts but not to the players that had been named in the media and it was only banter.

Whoops, more lies from KP

Such a shame because on his day he was different gravy.

Gough and Vaughan arguing it out on twitter. Gough suggesting that it's a good job Vaughan didn't manage Cantona

Piers Morgan still spouting off about ECB being wrong and that they should pick him.

Tim Bresnan showing that no love is lost in the dressing rom by saying the team is better without him.

Talk Sport report it was his agent who apologised on his behalf.

This wont be over by Thursday imo, call me an old cynic, he realised that if he doesn't apologise he wont be in the T20 squad, his shop window for the IPL.

Man up KP come clean apologise, you dont make omeletes without breaking eggs...
