Like i said in an earlier post,the main culprit is the back box(theres a reason there called silencers)A resonated center wont change it much.I know from experiance.You could try changing the center section but i would put money you would regret it.Your call i suppose.
This ^^ which is pretty much what i said earlier, it's the back box.
You can get a local exhaust place to modify the back box so it fits, but don't get a G-nome they are loud too, prodrive is where it's at.
