Buy one, or just hire one for a night?

Yeah, but she insists on making sure I'm awake anyway so I can share her suffering Must train her better or trade her in for a better one

This thread confuses me

Is he on holiday out in Croatia, in which case sleeping for eleven hours - lucky git. If working then - lazy git.

Eleven hours or more sleep a night is for unemployed dope heads and students. The rest of use normal folk get by on around 6-8 hours, anymore is unhealthy really.

Confuses me also - I suspect he's working in Croatia though.

What in the name of all that's holy is happening to mankind! You're not a delicate flower. Get up at 5am, down some beer and get out there with a f*cking spear to hunt stuff.

If you genuinely have medical issues that none of us can know about here, then I don't want to pass judgement on that, but if you're just a normal guy who 'hasn't gradually reduced his sleep', man up! Lol

The cryptic posts continue.... Seriously, read your posts back to yourself and see if they make sense, before you post them.

But back on topic, undoubtedly your medication and your sleep patterns are probably tied together so its not something most of us can comment on, get a telephone appointment with your doctor if you can't get there physically.

But I wouldn't lose any sleep over it... bbaabaadabam!

Oh right, I see.

Perhaps consult your GP, then? I can't see ScoobyNet offering much in the way of help other than more of what has already been suggested in this thread, i.e. man up - mainly because we're not qualified to do so.

If you're properly worried why on earth are you asking here rather than talking to your GP?

Regardless of where you are, find a doctor and speak to them rather than posting rather cryptic messages on here.

I still cannot fathom what the actual problem is, your first post makes no sense to me at all.

The first thing to do is probably just chill out! What you've mentioned in your first post is not a massive deal.

Doesn't really work like that does it, i.e. miss a nights sleep then have 16 hours the next night to make up for it

Just carry on as normal and get whatever sleep you can each night, for me anything above 6 hours is a bonus but more than 8 hours and I feel more tired the next day not less.

No wonder your on medication if stuff like whether you slept 11 or 8 hours stresses you out.

This has to be one of the most ridiculous threads ever.

Here we have someone who posts an incomprehensible question who has nothing wrong with them aside from hypochondria, living in a field in Croatia with no women within 100 miles.

Is this the glue that holds SN together

To the OP. Stop worrying about it. Go to sleep, wake up. Nature will take care of it

I think we can all see from the nature of Nath's posts recently that he is not at his best at the moment....

With nervous illness, people tend to dwell on things that most of us wouldn't think twice about and then magnify them in to a really big issue of importance... ie. how much sleep we get

Just asking that people on here go a bit easy on the OP.

Many have advised that you speak to a doctor Nathan and you should follow their advice asap, he will advise you over the phone if you have specific concerns.

Please do as above. Can't do any harm can it?

Edit to add: Do you have a member of your family that you can chat to for some support?

The op clearly has psychological issues (I did point this out in a previous thread)

These threads need to be heavily moderated imo

Yes and not be allowed to run in the first place. Taken out as unsuitable.
