Problem being is we don't know where car is at the min so can't just go get it we have tried many times !
It ain't as if we have not tried every route this is why I was asking you guys if anybody has any dealings with him, and If I had reported it stolen and they can't find him when they get there they ain't just gonna go round every hour until they do this is our coppers we talking about by here! And didn know weather or not he would just do a vanishing act as another thread has stated if we went that route, obliviously exhausted all routes now tho so not much choice really!

Mart what other posts do you know of, there is one on here from someone else titled "anybody heard of him" but thas all I can find, any other links u can point me too would be appreciated! This is 100% legit no wind ups, strings attached or anything like tha, not out to disrespect his capabilities as a tuner but certainly warn others of this guy before they make the plung and possibly join the club of loosing ur car for years :'(
And I'm still waiting for the finished product so don't even know what is what with him yet to say he's even done a good/bad job but will certainly let you all know should we eventually get the car back!

Guys it's really been a nightmare, we have been around to his house his wife answered panicked and rang the police on us! We were then made to leave the property and the area! Tried explaining the situation to them they wern interested told us we were trespassing and shoved us up the road due to the fact the car was not there and neither was the guy, I'm not surprised mind as like I say there are others who he is taking the **** with as there were another 2 guys there wanting to speak to him over same thing! To this date they are also still awaiting for it to return, and thas the honest truth, I know what u are reading sounds like a joke as I would be saying the same more than likely if it was me reading these posts but I can honestly say hand in heart it's not like we ain't tried.
Kas is tha serious? How's tha then? I'll do some digging around but can't seem to find tha much on him when I've previously tried but got nothing to loose thas for sure !

Police are not gonna be interested pal,civil matter 
you've done all you can so far as being legal is concerned..
A Transit van and a few guys wearing Balaclavas,grab him and go to a hideout, stress the fella out until he releases the car,tie him down to a set of train tracks,that will soon make him talk...
sounds like a dirty guy,some people you can't negotiate with in a civil way...
I really shouldn't of said that btw

Yes impreza and didn plan on it being 2 years obviously! Just gone from one thing to another...................... No point in explaining any more it just gets worse lol!

To the op FFS report it stolen and stop ******* about, so what if there's a marker so you keep saying at least you'll have your car back in maybe a couple of pices like someone else says, save or print this thread as service history.

Civil case - so small claims court to determine where law sits, then get yourself a private bailiff or debt collector to recover car or goods/money covering the value of the car.
Alternatively, how about a spread in the local newspaper - maybe even one of the tabloids. Suggest you drop them an email with brief details and take it from there - two years to change an engine, I'm sure some newspaper would be interested.

Jay Allen I don't understand either, like I say information on him is thin, but thanks to the thread I have had some further info through pm's on the Others he has conned in the past and others he is currently still owing! So I'm definitely not alone!
Skoobie Dhu yes car has always kept on cover purposely just incase worst does come to worst! And liked the idea on local paper never thought of that!
We have been to the police station and reported it, we have been told to got the local station nearest him from our local office as there is more they can do being up there, so here we go with chasing again except fingers crossed with the law in toe! Unfortunately won't be till weekend due to work commitments but will keep thread updated just for anybody else who may stumble across him an decide to research him in the future!
