Nani was fookin woeful yesterday, so poor you just knew he would be substituted at half time, time to get rid, if anyone will have him.

If all else fails, you just sell him to Sunderland or Everton

We could have won that game in fairness. First half Spurs were very good so I think a draw would have been a fair result. That third goal from spurs was a complete shables.

Best game of footy I've seen in a while, a game of two halves for sure! Rooney changed the pace for Utd coming on in the 2nd half

Scholes was brilliant, glad he came out of retirement

So were the two disallowed penalties. But it goes to show we don't always get the decisions at Old Trafford as the usual deluded muppets like to claim. Spurs got a bit of luck (woodwork ghost twice and said penalty decisions) and deserved the win. At least it wasn't a defeat to a fellow title challenger and it's still early in the season.

I've seen both those penalty shouts go either way so it's just the luck of the draw with those as neither were blatently obvious to the ref.

I quite like Spurs tbh, I'd like them to push the others out of 2nd spot

Only saw the second half and wondered how we were 2-0 down, other than the goal Tottenham looked dire second half.

United were shocking in the first half which is why we went 2-0 down.
I was at the game, and I don't know what influence it had, but the Stretford end were baying for Rooney to be brought on.
Regardless though, he livened it up.
Paul Scholes - great to watch

Poor poor first half, blitzed it the second.

Need to get our act together and play for 90 minutes.

Very True, second season running Vidic out for a big part of it, and Ferdinand looked so poor against spurs.

You have to ask why he didn't buy Cahill for £8m last year seemed the perfect cover for both Rio and Nemanja.

We suffer without Vidic, Ferdinand just doesn't have the legs any more.
Look how Bale left him for dead at the weekend.

I wish Evans was better than he is - I' sure he'll get there OK with time.

Bale wil do most defenders to be fair, he reminds me of Ronaldo in that respect.

Let's not forget Smalling and Jones are out injured as well, it's not all doom and gloom

Yeah, fair enough I suppose.

I met Phil Jones at the match on Saturday by the way - he a lot taller in real life than he looks on TV

A win is a win I suppose - very soft goal though.
Evra just seemed like he wasn't on the same planet.

Another hard game to watch, I'm not jumping on the band wagon but the defence did look very poor at times last night, as if they didn't know what their job was at times.

But 3 pts, not to be sniffed at

I don't think really was him you saw because if he was taller than you thought, how would he fit inside the TV? Even if it's a wide screen Panny, he still wouldn't fit in it.
