About to buy the same gauge and in two minds whether I need to buy the NPT to BSPT oil pressure adaptor? Or just use PT tape?

PTFE tape every time, cheap, cheerful and proven time and again by plumbers and gauge fitters the world over

I had the same dilemma and bought the adaptor and used PTFE
