Oh ok, so i dont think you got ripped off then unless you have not had fuel pump, which its not that straight forward to check

 

The exhaust is missing downpipe which should have been included in the £495

 

On your quote it dosent specify downpipe it just says 3 inch full ss exhaust which means cat back exhaust and if you did get downpipe it would have to be a sports cat or it would fail mot, and scince youve got ppp then you should already have a sports cat.
Suppliers would not install a decatted downpipe unless you specified it

 

depends what you want, on there website the full system is the de-cat, it specifies. Also there is the option ofcat back exhaust, obviously at a lower cost

 

Well if that was the case it would of been turbo back exhaust then, also there is not much you can do now, just put it down to experience or name and shame them if you have proof that it was for a downpipe too
