non fault accident subaru written-off struggling to claim
Feel for you mate.
Desperate times call for desperate measures, and a no win no fee solicitor imo is the way to go. Insurance is a legal requirement - sadly this is a licence to print money for some insurers with no service to back it up. A lot of us are insured up to the point of the claim, and then find the thieving scum have something in the small print which prevents a payout...
Talking of thieving scum leads me back to the no win no fee guys. These vultures will go to the ends of the earth if there is something in it for them - use it to your advantage mate.
Wouldn't rule out a connection between the driver / father / local plod either - stranger things have happened. I would have thought that the five o would have shown more of an interest as an ambulance was called and you were technically injured?
Good luck,
Mart.

as above the Police have an obligation to investigate the accident as you were "injured" and transported from the scene in an ambulance..............
get hold of the local Inspector and complaint time

totally yanks my chain to hear this.......
i spent thousands on my old scoob 6 years ago only for a numty to rear end
me on my way home from work, 7a.m in the morning, no witnesses, he declared at fault there and then, it was a differant story to him when it went by a few weeks and the insurance peeps were involved.
two and a half years down the line no scooby because it was total loss and i had to settle 50/50
hope its a better outcome for you mate....

Have you tried using www.askmid.com to get his insurance details? All you should need is his registration number and the date of the incident.
