If this is true its very sad but the emails suggest it was bought out of ebay not scoobynet sorry I would not be sending 800 quid across to another country without the protection ebay gives you hope this gets sorted

 

potuguesescooby Was the money sent via paypal? If you have hope you have not sent as a gift and take it with paypal to return your payment. Aamar if you have done just send the money back to the chap and lets clear this, send him a PM and resolve it if you have done it.

Ok a way to resolve this,this aamar sold a p1 grill on eBay the other day can some1 check the turbo sellers history and see if there's anything there? I can't do it am on my stupid phone

 

Normally I would give people the benfit of the doubt (especailly with 786 in their name). However as I've previously said Aamar posted a link to his Ebay advert for an SC46 turbo on someone else's thread selling the same turbo! Are these the actions of an honest and decent member of our Subaru community? With scams abound these days and members getting ripped off left, right and centre it is no surprise the community is angry.
I can't fault Shak's approach above. Simplistic and an effective way of resolving the issue. I for one hope this isn't another nail in the coffin of our once respected and trusted community.
