cheers all,
bit of a update just been messing round with a few bits, car has been mapped at grperformance in rotherham where it made 365/333 while it was there gaz moved the battery to the boot so we could run a intercooler pipe up the enginebay as the hdi one was scraping the floor especially over spped bumps plus i put the new steering wheel in and made the horn work propperly.Cant fault gaz from GRPerformance he's a top dude

Looks really tidy, I'm toying with removing the ABS as I cannot get the RCM cone to fit that snug - I presume the profile of the bug bonnet doesn't help. Liking the battery relocation idea too

Just had top intercooler pipes powder coated as a tester to try and match the finish of the manifold , its a 99% match texture wise colour maybe due to it been new and old faded?

Looks like not a bad match, I'm interested in how the battery connections are made under the bonnet now you've relocated the battery as I'm thinking about pulling together the bits for a relocation kit

Looks awesome Rach - inspirational that, looks individual without looking over the top.

What size are the wheels? Second thing, who makes the mirrors, and do they retain the standard electrics?

Thanks. Wheels are 18's and the mirrors are not electric. They are a bit of a nightmare when parking.

Cool - I'd seen those mirrors fitted to bugs before, but not a blob until I saw your pics. I'd want some electric ones though.

Shame they're 18's, as they look good, lol!! Trying to convince myself to stick with 17's & std ride height, but keep seeing good looking blob's on 18's which isn't helping!!
