Managed to get bolt out today wound a nut on tight as Hell then wound the whole thing back out was very proud lol also i checked on that site which tells you what car you have and mine is a wrx nothing special but will check arms tmw anything else diff on the ra than standard wrx

Hey Gilly one of my work mates was next to you in that little tunnel by the bridges in a red astra about a week ago.. said you were were making a bit of noise in there!
The plot thickens eh Stu, has it got ally wish bones? I did see they had screw extractors in aldi btw the other day, depends on how much access you have though I suppose..
When I swapped the cat on mine thoose bolts were well siezed thought they were never coming off. good luck with it mate

Bit of a tinker to get nut on and off but easier than i thought bit of a fluke to be honest was taking nut off to try your method and the bolt came with it lol shud have it back on the road in the next couple of days bed it in then power time she made 280 on the rollers with clutch on its way so gonna feel like a rocket ship again gettin her mapped soon to with a few extra toys added hoping for around 330 ish

my subaru just whont start one thing after anover for me at the moment put a new batrey starte moter coil pack and leeds and removed all spark pluge so see if thay are sparking and thay are the fule is thare so when i get back from Wales i will try cam and crank senser and hope that will fix it Wales has the best roads to drive on still good in the van wood love to be in my subaru seen lods of subaru hear just orded all the parts for the rb5 to get it started hope i have more look whith this car just need time off to fix it all

Nice one buddy. Sounds all good. Had mine mapped by Andy Carr last year. Not sure what I'm running. About 270-280.
Bet the heated seats are coming in handy the past few days

Hi all Scooby is back on the road big thanks to lee (my co pilot on the run) we finally sorted it tonight and as for mapping razor im in two minds over who to use Andy Carr or graham aka the engine mapper and Ste if you get stuck speak to Dave (Scooby tech) his number is on the flyers but i wud be tempted to break your sti and concentrate on the rb5 all day mate

I had such a fab drive, the roads weren't on any map and the only speed restriction was how fast I thought I could go without ploughing it down the side of a mountain I did have permission from the land owner and fellow scooby driver who sold me a set of wheels
