I have recently spoken to Fairways Couriers Dublin who tell me that they operate exactly the same as any other courier in that when they collect a parcel from anyone, they attach a printed label to it, as well as giving you a receipt with the parcel number on it. Therefore, would you kindly provide me with the parcel numbe for the downpipe by return email, without any further complications. I will track my own parcel as I have paid the courier charge.

As explained on phone we do not keep UK labels here only within ireland ones. Courier took and provide label at depot.

A full refund is to be issued.

Again sorry courier does not deliver to the uk at timeframe you needed.
