Pretty sure that most of it is 2.5 inch however of the top of my head i think they may be a slight reduction in this size on one of the pipes.
Perhaps someone who has recently received a kit can answer this save me having to go rip open a box to check?

I never received it the other week and you said that was down to having no stock left.
