Sorry peeps....I've got to pull out of this one, I'm @ SIDC Donno the weekend before and at the Ring the weekend after.....I had to choose between the Ring and the Camping trip and although very,very close I really want to do the Ring again and hopefully in better weather this time AND without blowing my motor up

WCT2 - Spent most of the night trying to chat up "Tasha Slappa" over the pool table.

LCT1 - Getting text messages from the gay barman.

WCT3 - Caught ON VIDEO being worshipped in front of Victoria(?) beside the juke box.

BSB2 - Went to bed early after drinking just ONE pint!!

Simple matter is this.....

I'm a family man and the next month I am pretty well booked most weekends doing scooby things...SIDC Donno...The Ring....Well Lane etc...and my good lady had the opportunity to go away for the weekend on a girlie trip ! one has to be negotiable hence she goes on the weekend trip I look after the children & cook & iron & wash & shopping & everything else related to my wonderful children

Only two weekends to go folks & I think it's time for a roundup of who is in and who is not

Anyone who is coming and has not recieved email notification from John (disco) then please send me an email on chris.ward1@virgin.net and I will forward it to John & make sure you get the joining instructions.

There will now be a choice of routes on each day to split up the numbers and cater for differing tastes. One route will be Mellow's traditional route (for those that know it) the other one will be a slower but more scenic one which will suit those who want a more leisurely drive or just something different.

I will produce a list of 'confirmed attendees' so you can check if you are on it

We will also soon be posting an outline menu for the pub on Day 1, this is purely so you can indicate a preference so they can get the right things in stock, you will not be held to your choice on the day!

Meanwhile it's time to start digging that tent out and making sure it's not all fusty from last year

Having just done the recce for both day 1 and 2, the scenic routes, I well recommend doing them.

The roads are fantastic, the scenery is WOW ~

Though my commentary was muppet like

 

so thats anywhere in the Lakes then. Sometimes i miss not living there anymore...
