ight mate really didnt want to do this but the consignment numbers you have given me for tnt dont work i have just rang them and they have done a search for items to be deliverd to my home and they have nothing so what going on!

I'll jump in here I work with couriers and I know over the weekend from friday last week some couriers were delaying parcels upto 5 days and causing further delays elsewhere and royal mail were having the same struggles something to do with very high winds and severe weather according the the met, im not siding with anyone here but scooby parts have been operating for years so there will be a reason as to where your parcel is and like any service things can be miss-placed.
realistaclly this should be kept to pm's and mods will help if this becomes a issue as they can read your pm's.

Right, lets start again.
You paid last week. 22nd. Just over a week ago but if you think thats too long to wait, then thats up to you.
They were booked through Paisley Freight on Thursday morning. Paisley Freight use City Link. You with me so far?
City Link came on Thursday afternoon to pick up other stuff, so I gave him the wings as well to save him coming back on Friday.
Unknown to me, Paisley Freight started using TNT instead of City Link as of that day so TNT arrived Friday to pick them up but they were already gone.
I contacted City Link, told them what had happened and they located the wings.
I then told Paisley Freight where they were and they organised the pick up via TNT from City Links yard.
TNT were also here today again to pick up more parcels and the driver gave me the paperwork for the wings.
When they do arrive, dont open them, dont inspect them, dont disturb the packaging. Contact me and Ill arrange pick up and get them brought back. Ill PM you the return address. Once theve been picked up, Ill refund.
That ok?

aint got a clue. As I said, Im not responsible for their tracking not working.

hello mate that traking number you gave me is not for me i have been on the phone for 2 hours with tnt that consigment number is for a parcel thats going to cumbria with parcel to go, can you please help as im doing all this ringing around and im getting no where! i have no idea where my wings are!!

I've done loads of Recordeds - do it all the time at work.
It's the 13-digit black code written on the orange label.
Code looks like this:-
LL NNNN NNNN NLL
L = letter
N = number digit
See below:-
The code and therefore the track and trace facility is for the benefit of both buyer and seller - it allows either party to T&T the item's delivery status through the system. It's not just for the benefit of the seller seeing if the item has beed delivered.
So I would really appreciate it if you can forward it...
