Just to show how the kit is a finished product and the gains that can be had check out GruppeM (its a japanese site). They gained 17.5PS and 2.8KG/M

Do you have any rolling graphs for your car? Post them up and I will tell you more.

It was just some facts from a Japanese company. I guess the japs are wrong though as they normally make crappy products and you probably have more first hand experience with this airbox than them!

I agree with Harvey, the original figure is low for a JDM running 100 octane fuel, they normally run just under 300bhp, mine new with 1200 miles or so on the clock did 288bhp, so id be suspicious about the figures given.
Also when we did the test on mine (witnessed by quite a few people), she ran 288bhp twice, then we replaced the panel filter with an STI one, she then ran 299/300 on the next 2 runs, no changing of anything except the filter, and thats whilst the engine was tight.
The car they probably used was well run in, shows you a 70 quid panel filter does a better job

Tony

Don't believe the glossy magazine advertising or articles you read or manufacturers own claims.
