Yea i got one... either turn off the radio while the heater is on or vice versa

Sounds like a grounding problem/bad connection somewhere

You dont need music with a flat four mate, do yourself a favour and turn off the beats, enjoy the rumble!

you listen to the radio?

I've got a Kenwood 7" DVD in mine and use it for 1 thing only, checking the rear view camera to see how far behind the competition are! Came in handy on the Nurburgring when I had a Ring Taxi behind me for 9 miles, lol

Enjoy the car chap, you got a good one for the ££.

New rear window sorry mate. I work for Autoglass and regulary replace rear windows for this exact problem first time I have heard of this on scoob normally VW's hope I am wrong though. If it is though mate just phone your insurance company tell them its broke you only have to pay your excess normally about £60 and doesn't affect no claims. But if you go down this route don't smash it the technician will thank you for it in the end and they aren't gonna tell the insurance company they ain't bothered its a paying job at the end of the day.

No induction kit mate, keep well away. Standard air filter is fine, unless you want a hi flow replacement when you do your tuning mods. Also, run it on 99 octane, either Tesco 99 or Shell V Power. Enjoy!

i have got a full 1 years warranty with it that covers everything mechanical and electrical (might give them a call) been to the petrol station (twice already!!) only put the good stuff in (shell v power both times)

all these mods that are on it have already been done fella by the previous owner, looks like he has spent a small fortune on it,decat, uprated brakes, loks like it has a new fancy radiator aswell as it has got blue samco hoses going to it,its defo begging for a remap (even if its to get the mpg up!!)

de-cat and induction kit will be REDUCING power until you get it mapped mate. My friend had that on here 2001 Bug and dunc from Racedynamix came to map it and said it was proberbly putting out 200bhp max before he touched it.

£300 later, goes like stink!

thing is i dont know why the previous owner spent all this money on it and did not get it mapped, just seems a waste,it really does take off so it might have been done! guess the only way to find out is to get it on the rolling road
