I was shopping the other day and looking at the preservatives, being a lazy bugger i asked the little old lady next to me if she could reach up to the top shelf and get me down a strawberry jam which she did. Her arthritis got the better of her and she dropped the jar on the floor where it smashed. After chastising her and making her find someone to clear it up it soon became apparent that mixed in with the fruity goodness where large, razor-sharp shards of glass!

just having read this a woman came in to buy a battery. Paid by card and the name was D Lyttle. The guy I work for is D Lyttle. No she hadn't nicked his card.....

The other day me and our lass were nipping out shopping, when just as we were about to leave I had a massive urge to knock one out, so I told her to wait there I was just going to the bathroom, after a few minutes she must have been bored of waiting and shouted up to me " are you coming then?"

Here's an amazing coincidence. Tel makes a Natural History/Palaeontology pronouncement and I almost immediately end up refuting it.

Every morning I get up and I put my watch on, and by amazing coincidence the time on my watch is the same as the time on all the clocks in the house!!!
But a real coincidence was getting an old watch out of the drawer that had not been used for a long time and had stopped - and it was exactly the right time!!
