DIY window tinting - whose done it?

Having not thought about it much before it hadn't occured to me how many cars there actually are about with some form of tinting! Not just 18 yr olds in Corsas, but all sorts!
If I do decide to do it, I think I'll give that Terry guy a call as I want a lighter tint on the rear screen than the door glass. No time this week, so I'll aim for sometime next week. Will post up how things go.

Had the rear door glass and rear screen done yesterday by Terry in Woodham Ferrers - 75 quid the lot. Seems a good job for the money.
There was some confusion as to the % figure as I had gone by examples on the web and had decided that 35% would be fine as I didn't want it too dark. Terry's system seemed to work the other way round as his 65% film was used and is fine - no probs in seeing out, at least in daylight and it looks good on the black STi!
The business works by word of mouth and recommendation and he reckons he's busy
