Is the panel which goes under the steering wheel still for sale? Is this made from carbon fibre?

Yes its still available, it is the original part with real carbon fibre(not Vinyl) moulded over it

cool so i take it the real carbon fibre gets moulded over it using resin? like fiberglassin?
