What a great day Good to see everyone again and some nice little blatts during the day Haven't had worse fuel consumption since I first got the car
Good run back eh P?
Sorry we had to shoot off from Brighton so soon, but we'd pushed back the prior plans as far as we could

good turn out - but didnt get to read the thread before the meet & so was not expecting the change of venue !
kept up till the 3rd round about - but then loads of traffic got in the way & was stuck. not happy
totally had no idea where everyone was going & in the end had to go back to P.P services for a soggy sarnie!
NOT A HAPPY BUNNY
(MAFFA's number now written on the inside of my eye lids!)

Steve, you were'nt in a green 4 door were you? with something in the rear window? just wondering because as I was trying to find the chaps I did see a green four door go round one of the roundabouts.
Sorry about any probs here. Do come along for the next one mate, it is worth it.
Laura, soz about keep saying soz, but I fell bad about not introducing myself, one gathers you kinda guessed who I was, the real question is though, do you know who's baby I was holding?

All in jest mate, all in jest. Oh and I'm very impressed at your salad eating skills!

Hi folks.
Thanks for making the Northern contingent so welcome, even if we where a little late to the pub (not bad for 220 miles though).
I didn't realise you could get to Brighton that quickly from there
Most enjoyable - much better than spending two days mopping around at home wondering what to do. Can we do that nice long left hand bend on the dual carriageway going towards PP Services again?

phew! glad I did not follow you then! Seriously though, I saw you go round the roundabout and then off on one of the junctions, I went round again and happened to see in the queue of traffic a few of the other chaps, so I tagged on the end and followed them in.
Think I'll get a map for next time, I can never find the flight!
see you at the next one.

Thanks as ever to Dyney for organising this, and to Maffa for being the one who turned up (even though he'd had to quickly put together some dusters for trousers)
Glad we ended up at The Flight Tavern - best Chicken Caesar Salad I've ever eaten (the company wasn't bad either)
Dr Evil - hope you've gotten over your beef experience (& thanks for part of your Yorkie Pud)
Squeaker - thanks for the massage, it worked (& sorry for squeaking you so many times)
MATTeL - I kept the smacking spoon, so watch out
Krud - thanks for the video, we watched it yesterday - excellent stuff

Markus,
yeah that was me .. I was just not sure where anyone was going. realise now that if I'd looked at the thread i could have had a map with me!
but I thought I saw the blackbeast shooting round a round about, so I went that way - but it was obviously not that way!
turned round, but think everyone had long gone by then!
no one was hangging about, so I didnt have a chance really - the traffic just got in the way at the round abouts too keep up with the group ahead & if there was anyone behind, they were well behind / already gone past by the time I got back 'on track'!
will definatly come to more - as I usually try to make as many as poss.
did see another red Scoob parked up at P.P.Services when I returned there for a sarnie .. so they probably got lost too !!
oh well..
Steve
