Good evening all, can anyone (Don) please tell me the part numbers for the Brake fluid & power steering yellow caps and best place to buy them from, or does anyone on here have the originals for sale ??
Started to put the engine bay back to standard / original as I I've had enough of the Red Perrin stuff and Red Forged hoses, so while I was at it I gave the engine a good clean. The only things left to change are the Red Forged hoses which will be done when the new ones arrive from Japan as I could find anywhere in the UK that stocks them. Subaru dealers could have got them for me but at twice the price as I got them for.....
Anyone know if any companies do standard hight after market rear spring made for the saloon? I believe the oem were Spec C but are they the same as the hatch spec C? Just had one break so need a couple for the rear but don't want to lower it. Alternative is I pay subaru prices.
Hi Guys, wondering if anyone has the part number for the rubber folding boot mat from Subaru and whether it is still available to purchase anywhere in the U.K.? Don do you know?
Thanks Don gig help again, pinged a local dealer no idea whether I can still buy this or not! BTW do you have a copy of the JDM accesories catalog, assume the JDM part numbers are different?
Very nice. I see you also have the optional STi SS backbox
What's the Ohlins like on pot holed B roads, is it stiff or crashy at all?
great observation on the STI SS back box some pictures for you before fitting and a clip.
the Ohlins are fantastic to be honest they can be dialled in to be more compliant to standard suspension by adjusting the rebound which is pretty easy to do on the fly both front and rear. I have them set at the Ohlins dukes Ted settings at the moment of 10 clicks from full hard front and rear, I've tried 8 but it's too harsh on rough roads although fantastic on smooth tarmac. They are 20 adjustments so you can dial in softer than standard and obviously they are full more compliant on rebound. HTH
