Love that actually. I've got a set of 330S wheels to use but they're gold and will look a bit odd I reckon

Not buying winter tyres til it actually gets cold though. Skint with this M3 track car build....

I normally do the same to be honest, but changing to the MY11 meant starting again getting a spare set of alloys etc.

just get some 17" STi 114pcd alloys cheap off ebay. get them powder coated

I'm putting mine back on in a few weeks, as I didn't bother last year and we had snow. The year before I swapped over to them end of November and it was a mild winter with very little snow fall.

I've just put 4 continental ts850 on my 330s and the grip was tremendous on the cold and wet roads and very muddy tracks following the WRC in Mid Wales last weekend. Ps didn't see any 2011 hatches but 1 blue 08 sti hatch at Sweet lamb and one silver 08 sti hatch at Myherin...

I've found a K&N Typhoon for a very good price, but do our cars need a remap for one of those? I'm a bit cautious doing anything to a 2.5 ***** nilly for obvious reasons.

If I do need a remap, it'll have to sit in the garage til April! What's safe power for us on stock engines?

The hooks IIRC come as part of the net kit.

Most people reckon 360BHP and 380+ torque.

The standard air box is great upto 400+ BHP

Cheers, yeah I know it can handle the power as well as the K&N, but it doesn't sound half as good IMO

Mate I am requesting a picture as its the fixing points that the hooks latch onto in the boot that are missing, I have the hooks with the net just nothing to latch them onto, can you please send a picture?

Dons already posted some links on your request in the other thread.

Sold my hatch years ago but IIRC there are small dimples in the boot lining to show you where to screw/fix the supplied hooks too.

It would appear that the "hooks" depend on whether you have a full size spare or the temporary space saver.

Well she left the building today, sniff sniff, she had been a fantastic car and easily the best Subaru I've owned.

Gone to a really good home and I'm sure the new owner will be along in the not too distant future so I can make sure he is looking after her!

Thanks all for the advice over the years, been great being one of a very select group.

Can't wait to get the new car but will certainly miss the burble and presence of the STI.

Maybe I'll be back one day.

Hi guys

Now the STI has gone I have the USDM fog light covers if anyone is interested white with cherry red stickers, I got them new from the US and are factory painted £80 delivered.

Name: P1000759_zps3a3a724e.jpg

Size: 74.0 KB

Also have the standard exhaust, cat back so centre Y pipe and both rear boxes, was removed at 10k so very little use and came off my 320r, not sure in price. Would be collection only from Greenhithe, but could probably post boxes at buyers expense.

Please pm me if interested.

Cheers
