With respect to what ?

If being the most successful manager of all time is looked upon as losing the plot then clearly he has.

Stevie G a scouser for life

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16535528.stm

Talk Sport going way over the top about Gerrard being the best Liverpool player ever, yeah he's a great player, one who I would have loved to have seen at United, but not the best to pull on the red Jersey imho.

I does make me laugh though how proud he and his family are that he's signed a contract, clearly still sh1tting himself from when the scouse underworld paid him a visit on one of two occassions he was leaving for Chelsea

As for being a role model for kids, hey DJ play that song

Unlike my scouse friend above, I'll not rise to the bait.

The one thing I will say is that there is not a team IN THE WORLD that does not wish they had Steven Gerrard in their team over the past 12 years.

2 or 3 more years of a fit captain will be very nice thank you.

I wouldn't expect you too, you do have a brain after all

As you will see I do call him a great player, admitedly one that has played in some mediocre teams, it is a shame because a player of his talent should have secured at least one Premiership title during his career.

I only found his comments a little hypocritical especially after his written transfer request a few years back when he wanted to better himself.

The only team to let me down on a five fold, let me down for £106, and they were the last team I picked at the shortest price, I dallied over their sh1te home form but got sucked in, never again

Seems cheap considering market prices, I reckon he'd bang them in for LFC

Hmmm

Interesting reading of football arrest statistics 2010/11.

http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/publica...11?view=Binary

Seems like Man Utd have a couple of racists in their ranks too according to table 9.

Over 4 Man Utd fans arrested to every one Liverpool fan .

5 times as many arrests for public drunkenness . lol

Seems we're more successful than LFC off the pitch as well as on it according to those stats

It just leaves you with the memory of your 5, yes, FIVE, European cups*

*It has been due as no one has mentioned it for at least 2 minutes
