My view of it is that Suarez acted like a **** before the game. He acted like a petulant child during the first half in particular, less so (but still so) during the second half. Evra then acted like a bit of a **** after the match - especially when Suarez was attempting to walk past. Dalglish did himself (or Suarez, or Liverpool) no favours in his post-match interview either.

Redknapp and Neville together were quite amusing though.

And just for a novel concept, ignoring all the cr*p off the pitch for a moment, it was very entertaining match on the pitch.

 

Just like you felt it was ok to refer to Evra as 'coon boy' several times earlier in this thread. That comment alone lost you any sense of credibility on this forum.

I suggest you pull your head out of kenny's **** even Hansen and Shearer after watching it numerous times from different angles agreed that he ignored Evra. Every sports journalist/ reporter saw what happened, but those anfield specs give you strange vision! lol you can clearly see on the picture that Suarez had his arm out ready to shake. Then when evra initially snubbed him did you notice evra looking into the tv cameras when he then tried to grab suarez? Surprised suarez didn't report evra for assault

Well not even a Manchestr Utd fan or even much of a football fan, but Cantona is one of the best and most passionate players I have ever seen. Watching him and Schmeichal take the Premiership from under Keegan's nose was pure sporting genius and as I said giving that fan what he deserved makes him a legend in my eyes. I know technically he was in the wrong, but how many times must a player have wanted to do that and how many times did the fans doing the barracking deserve it?

In that split second of the walk-by , and you dont know if the other guy is going to shake your hand , if you see his hand anywhere other than held out in front , you assume it aint happening , and keep walking . Suarez kept calm , just continued shaking hands , then Rio Ferdinand didnt shake either. Evera's own fault IMO . As for the actual racist comments , we will never know what was meant by them. Alot of stuff is said to get a rise out of player , and calling Evera a (enter racist name here) certainly worked.
