Me too... 51-plate - Oct 2001. Number 643 IIRC.

Totally standard... but looking for a WR back-box if anyone has a spare?

I have No5 - March 2000 & 33K miles so far. Only had it a month and it goes like s of a shovel. Haven't enjoyed myself so much short of being on 2 wheels - I'm not sure its not even better than that!

Had P1 now for nearly 3 years, still don't want to change it - no reliability problems and now over 40k. Prodrive exhaust and alcons worth every penny

I have a P1 but don't know where the build number is - sorry !! W reg March 2000 and still guaranteed to make me smile every time I drive it.

Old but Gold - My build number is on a VIN type plate on the top of the right hand strut (looking from the front). They seem to differ though, so check the plate on the other side too.
