Hey Guys, not posted on the forum for a while, but been trolling it enough

I was going through someones blog (http://visualintensity.wordpress.com/) (I think they are Canadian), and was looking at their cars (they love the low cars), and found the below...
Maybe someone knows them, as it is on an English plate...?
P.S. Its not a Golf, like most of my mates thought!!!
