How dumb of me to not know what winning the league means – never been there – never done that eh?! …but you having very limited knowledge and specifically of the team you allege to support wouldn’t know that Arsenal have won the league far less than Liverpool
Anyway, we are digressing away from the topic of this thread – so on that note – I bow out and

Very true, and true to form of an RS owner, you can only relate to history and not current or recent performance
Liverpool, like Ford, have won pretty much sweet FA of importance in recent years
So........

MARTIN,
Sorry if you got offended, i missed that day due to being on holiday and i have found out someone (not Rusty) told a few white lies. I must say though that he does have a few tricks up his sleeve and i hope it all comes fruitfull, trial and error kinda thing.
The thing that twinged me was that on the day due to your misfortune you got beat (maybe wrong choice of word) and yet you still got cover feature, and admittidly your car is quicker but it is all about on the day,
You dont see Man Utd asking for a few replays to win the league because they lost(Hee hee).
Like i said sorry for the misunderstanding and i look forward to meeting you again later on this year,
Cheers

mk2escortcossie, no probs mate, it does wind me up just a bit sometimes when i read bull poo on the net, anyhow rusty's not the only one with a few new tricks up his sleeve ................and yes you were right i did get beat on the day to 60 but like i said not to 100 though, i wouldnt like to claim that 0-60 as a major victory if i was the other party involved, not as the my car was on 3 cylinders! On 4 cylinders i did 3.5 to 60 and 7.6 to 100 today, thats without my new mods! anyway bye for now love you all,..........

This is the deal, you cant argue with it. (but you will. )
Subaru's handle better, they are an inherantly better chassis in terms of centre of gravity control. Equal upgrades on each car will always prove this to be the case.
Cosworths have stronger engines and drivetrain components and can be made to produce more power. Equal upgrades on each car will always prove this to be the case.
Save your upgrade money and spend Ł300 on a good driving coach, you'll be faster and safer. Just think of the number of trips to the ring or trackdays you could do with all that money!
Driver matters most, followed by tyres, then suspension, then brakes, power comes last in level of importance.
Power is nothing without control.

Bloody hell!!!!!!!!!!!!
We come back from the Ring and this post is still going?!
For the record, I am a cossie owner, and spent the whole weekend riding in scoobs. Rode in a P1 and Gossy's wagon.
John, I have the video - unfortunately, the sound quality's not up to much, but it still looks good.
To change the direction here..... How many cossie owners actually have any driving skill (this coming from a cossie owner)?
Trackdays are far better attended by scooby boys. A more mature level possibly?
Also, what John says is true. I came away from the Nurburgring realising that I am just an average driver with a reasonably quick car. I've still an awful lot to learn.......

Can you send me a copy of the tape? i dont mind the sound, i can overdub it with the sound of wastegate chatter so at least it sounds like you were passed by a turbo. LOL

nobber?
how pc of you.
thanks.
is that in your opinion or have you seen it with your own eyes?
you should be careful, dont want to be done for libel!
Nothing wrong with the reyland car.
Its just boring to hear the same old trump card being used time and time again. Are there any other strings to your bow?

Redkop.... try this.... WRX with 443 bhp at the wheels running 10.01 @ 143.5mph
www.autospeed.com/A_0579/page1.html
Or this one with 551 at the crank running 10.48 @ 141 mph
www.rigoliracing.com.au/551hpwrx.html
How long did that cossie take again 11.4 was it
Or maybe this one with 499bhp at the wheels

Considering you asked 'how do I wash my car', I wouldn't like to be a passenger with you!
