Doesn't look like we'll get the 15 we need to have a Scoobynet only event. I'm actually disapointed given the response the last 2 events had, maybe an event too far ?

Anyway I'll be speaking to Deavinsons today about what they want to do regarding the pathetic response ....

Jeff,

The response could be for a number of reasons, people going on holiday, maybe a little too soon after Milton Keynes, or not central enough. Don't get too disheartend. That's just one of the risks you take when you organise something, then again if people like you didn't organise things then nothing would ever happen.

We like our karting but are unable to come too this one, as we are out that evening.

I've just spoken to John Huff at Deavinsons and he doesn't have any record of either Paul & Michelle's team or Floyds Fairies. Can the team captains confirm with myself & John at Deavinsons that they have done the necessary regarding credit cards etc.

Deavinsons are happy(ish) to let the event take place with only 11 teams but not with 9 so please can the team captains please ensure they phone Deavinsons asap.

I've now had to open this up to all comers so if anyone has any non-scooby potential teams they are now welcome.

Last I heard we had 11 teams and the other 4 or so were open to the gen public to make the numbers up. Hope its still on as its only a week sunday

I think wed better have a break before the next one after the poor response to this one - guess it was too close to the Daytona event for a lot of peeps.

Perhaps we should go paintballing for a change?

Well if we dont get slammed from behind on the first lap and end up 3 laps adrift I think we should do ok seeing as we managed to get back up to 12th before the clutch blew 3 laps from the finish
