Are the fronts adjustable in any way?

Yes you can adjust them when you fit them there is pre-drilled holes that you adjust the leg distance and the angle of the back support can also be adjusted then bolt together,this applies to both front seats.

No but you can buy seat rails for about £50-60 quid each from demontweeks thats were i bought everything from apart from the alcantara retrim,could make it cheaper whithout the fixed seat brackets if your keen.
