I can get a perfectly good finish with aerosol paint, prep work is 95% of the work when doing something like this

Thanks for the comments

Cost from start to finish is about £60 i was a body repairer before so i know the costs of doing resprays, if i had all my equipment still and was painting it with a gun it would still only cost me about £100, when a car goes into a body shop its hours of labour that bumps up the cost.

Think we must have our lines crossed fella

Anyway had a very exciting day, picked up my wheels for my scoob

They are made in Japan by a company called Mahdi Caesar, after a good look around them i decided to refurb them straight away that way i can spend the rest of the time polishing the alloy.

Heres a few pics of when i got them.

And here they are now, bare in mind i still need to polish them up

Pictures really don't do them justice, they look stunning in real life

Anybody going to Rising Sun car show 7&8 May??

looking great, loving the green wheels. it'll definitely stand out!!

^definitely ditch the scoop, looks out of place! as suggested a vent or just an original scoop would complete the car.. imo

Tyres are 205/40/17 they do have a little stretch which looks nice as you see the polished alloy sticking out.
