Well mine havent arrived yet.........

 

Arrived today, fit them Tomorrow as no work

 

Just to summarise:

Nick ordered yesterday and got his today
Gary in 2 days
Scoobsy in 2 days
Everyone else seems to be within a few days.

Where is mine...... Im not bothered I havent got them yet, but im concerned they have been lost in the post.... Can anyone tell me who they are sent out by please.

Im going to email them now.

Mine came with city link aswell, you should have had a conformation with a city link tracking number I did. Hope this helps

No email and no other communication regarding the purchase or the delivery .

However I have got my email receipt of payment from paypal from the initial payment

Ive emailed them, so i'll wait and see what they say. Im in no rush, im just concerned that they have been mis-delivered and some thieving saddo in a Saxo with neon lights has ftted them to his shed on wheels Ohh and im not suggesting it my neighbour from down the road who looks about 12!!

Anyway as I have no email regarding the tracking like you guys, then im guessing they havent even processed my purchase...Plus my car is in the garage for the week having some work done , so I cant do anything with them if they arrive.

 

Just checked our system - we emailed you dispatch confirmation with the tracking number on 09/03/2011 11:52:07am. Suggest you check your spam folder on email. hope that helps

I use Microsoft Outlook to pull emails, and no email has been sent to either of my email addresses. r-s-r-signs@gmx.co.uk or mail@rcpday.wanadoo.co.uk. I have checked my Junk, Spam and Rules but to no avail.

The fact that I havent got my goods yet you have posted them out says to me that something has gone wrong somewhere.

Just sent you an email with tracking number to your other email address, as per your email this morn.

Looked further into this and when you ordered with us the address you entered into our system for email wasnt addressed correctly i.e .wanadooc.o.uk You can see this if you log back into your account on our system,

Anyway, dispatched on 9.3 and tracking info and number sent again to your other email this morn.

Having noticed that the above email address is wrong i figured that you must have typo'd, but actually when I logging onto your website as an existing customer I couldnt log on with my email address, so clearly it was me making up an account that entered the wrong email address.....

So in a nut shell, I c@cked up.... but we got their in the end

As for the missing failed deliveries, the Customer support at Citylink said that the driver had run out of calling cards on both occasions .
