A fair bit of cutting and welding as far as i see on mine. I just let ABW do the job properly.

Bolt on! Because of the very good reasons already mentioned!

The previous flares, where they 40mm wide? How wide would these new ones be? I'll think like 25-30mm would be nice, it would make me consider a set for my Type R...

i think bolting on is the way to go but IMO they look unfinished maybe some sort of cap etc to fill in the bolting points, would give it the final finish and a more sleek look if ya know what i mean??
