That is a CT9 turbo fitment manifold so I guess your not going down the laggy TD04 route anymore?

After browsing the forums you can get up to around 180-190bhp out of the ct9 turbo running 1.0 bar which i think will be a good figure. Especially if i can get it stripped down to around 850kg

Better plan using the CT9 turbo as without running a forged engine your not going to be able to run the TD04 passed 1 bar anyway. I would definitely fit a TRD head gasket and new head bolts before upping the boost, change them when you do the timing belt etc.
