That car should ideally have the Japanese auction certificate with a grading, which, judging by the description and low mileage, I would expect to be a 4.5 or 5.
If they say they do not have the certificate, then I personally would think the car is an R grade, which means it's been repaired. If you look at websites like bonsai cars and japanese car auctions, there are loads of R graded cars in the aution listings, some of them very new low mileage cars. These cars are significantly cheaper than the high graded cars 4 to 5

I might go in this week as I drive past them everyday and see if I can find this RA and ask them about the grade certificate. See what they say.
Well I go past 2 of their garages but never see any import cars, is there a third garage somewhere?

The model code off the chassis plate is best place to start.
It WILL have an auction grade. for the picture and millage I'd expect a 4A or 4B but no lower. If they show it you that's a different matter all together. An "R" means been repaired

Steve, Sorry but I know there were at least 2 in the UK I have actually driven one and seen the other one white was at Litchfields and a Blue one elsewhere. There were rumours of 2nd Blue one and a silver.

You wonder dont you, but living up here now you wonder about a lot of things.

Im not sure where you mean. I know the Shell and PB garages that are opposite each other in Keighley. Do you start on the bypass from there and its at the end? There is another PB garage at the end of the bypass at Cross hills where you turn right to go in to Skipton is it by that one?

I think the main one is somewhere on the estate behind the Vauxhall garage at Cross Hills.
I saw a white Spec C some kind of limited edition Hawkeye being driven along Hardings Lane on Saturday with Trade Plates on I presume from there.

If you are interested and know what to look for pop and have a look, I bought an evo 7 from them and had it 3 years and it was a fantastic car. I'm the first to admit that there is some rough cars there but it may be a good car.

That yellow Honda was the first car you come across. A very strange decision to let that be the first impression on your forecourt. The front lip is actually grounded and the whole car looks like its resting on the tyres, I dont know if you would be able to drive it. Its just horrid.

I guess if you know what to look for and check everything twice etc etc you might find a good car in there.
I went there 4 years ago when they were next to a bodyshop, there were 2 subarus and skyline in there getting painted a different colour and I did spy 3 STI engines sitting on pallets. Make of it what you will but it made me feel a tad uneasy.
The car I went to look at was a S202 impreza...... well it was yellow and had the S202 badge on it but that was it. It just looked like a normal bugeye STI that had been painted yellow and badges stuck on it.

There are some lovely cars there for apparent bargains. A Porsche 911 Turbo for £23,000 and a Hawkeye STI for £9,000. One thing that drove me mad though was that every car I looked at including the Ferraris had bad swirl marks and light scratches. When I got to the end of the showroom I saw them hosing cars down outside then drying and polishing them inside with appalling lighting. There was no way you could tell if you were inflicting any damage to the paint work.
