Well after a few late nights plugging away. She is taking shape again.
Started some painting more yet to come...
Strip, straighten and test fit...
I just thought this way be a nice shot before test fitting...
Test fitting...
I didn't fix the bumper to the car just slotted it as it needs painting, just a quick look on how it all sits.
More yet to come, I will be sure to keep you posted.

I'm not usually a fan of 'non oem' bodyparts, however, your car pulls them off perfectly!
The satin black looks spot on and follows the lines of the facelift bonnet so much better than on the old bonnet.
I reckon some kind of custom fog cover (in place of the single fog light) would be the icing on the cake!
Love it

Thank you very much mate, really glad you like her.
Well I am going to start my custom front splitter this weekend so as I am doing that I will come up with some ideas for the fog cover, because when I get my FMIC I will most likely loose the fog light anyway.
It does get even better, I took her Modified Nationals and got talking to a man named Dave from Total car magazines and he wants to feature my car in total impreza when I finish her. He loves the story behind the build so I am made up about that.

Well its going to be one very busy Saturday, I am starting to strip the interior out and start my search for a role cage. Also going to work on my home made custom front splitter as well as getting underneath to clean up and repaint some bits and bobs.
So It will be A very early start as I don't know how long I will have as my friends are dragging Nottingham for a night out to celebrate me recently getting engaged.

Well small update. The boot and the back of the car has been stripped just looking for a cage before I do the rest. Looks kinda cool been half stripped ha ha.
Work on my front splitter has been slow mainly because I had a change of design. Front and rear strut braces, lower H brace and lower rear strut brace will most likely get ordered at the weekend.
will get some photos taken soon for you.

Well I think this is long over due an update, and to be honest nothing much has happened to the car since my last post on the thread. Had a few health issues in the family and obviously they take priority.
Any this week I have decided it is time to move on.... Nah only joking I will never sell up.
No I have decided its time to crack on and pull my finger out. Tomorrow morning I am ordering a set af A-B-W arches and as soon as they come its time to get dirty. My friends and I are eagerly waiting to start the rebuilt as everything I started a while back got scrapped. I am going to be making my own front splitter, lip side skirts (to attach to the current one's) and I will also be making my own rear diffuser. Which will be for show mainly. I shall also be modifying the front bumper with i direct cold air feed to the oil cooler (yet to buy), using the fog light.
While all this is going on I will be saving for some rota grids from m4ggy on here going for 18x9.5" :-)
Interior will the boot is tripped, I never got round to getting a cage but that is still on the shopping list, along with FMIC and Coilovers.
So busy times a head and I am hoping buy the end of January early Febuary shel be ready. Of course I will keep you posted.

After removing my old arches i quickly did a test fit so you can get the idea.
These will be going on at the weekend and I will be ordering my wheels in the next week or so along with my BC Coilovers.
As I said before I am making several things myself, fitting these will be the biggest job though. I will keep you posted with update and picks.
This time next month she should be pretty close to being done.
