Sometimes you have to do stuff you don't like/enjoy I go to work I don't really want to I would much rather spend that time with my wife ,kids and my friends enjoying myself. But I need to earn money I don't then go to work and spowt hate at my boss because I don't want to be there?

 

I don't completely know the answer but it is complex for sure and not based on reason.

At it's most simple it is a collectivist movement wanting supremacy. The individual can 'buy into' that movement being lured with the rewards which would come from being part of a victorious collective....whatever they are exactly...power, wealth, reward in heaven etc.

you would have thought if they move to the west and get the better way of life ( econically speaking) they are looking for they wouldn't then try and destroy it ?
