Top gear- a little bit crazy, but entertaining.
Unfortunately we don't have a similar tv series like this in Austria or Germany.

There is a german Top Gear

 

But only on Motorvision TV/ Sky - pay TV-never seeen this.
We also had a translated version on german Kabel1, but the translation was really bad.- i prefer the english version.

 

Recorded it and will give it a watch sometime. As I will probably have negative comments about it I won't post any more as the TG ****'s will abuse me Only comments which conform to the collective good are allowed on SNet these days it seems

 

It was funny but i think they could have done it a bit better.

They went to places like Iraq, Turkey and Syria and never got shot at or taken hostage lol

As an example, they could have staged it so that they got stopped at a terrorist road block and then terrorists demanded the Fiat (worse make of car out of the 3) then took James May hostage, the terrorists who could have been big middle east fans of the stig then went on to demand a hostage exchange involving The Stig in exchange for James May.

A quick phone call to The Stig from Clarkson telling The Stig that all is forgiven and just to prove it they have some work for him in the middle east and he needs to get on the next plane quickly to Iraq, they then hand him over to the terrorists and the terrorists are chuffed to bits and hand back James May.

A great way to sort of kill of the stig but it could be left open for future specials.
