Talking

(This my other login from work)

The shoulder pads are from America, could not find any here in the UK. The company in America who sells the pads do not export ouside the US nor do they accept orders from outside the US. So I had to get a friend in America to order them for me and then send them to me Hardwork but I got them in the end. They look nice with the seats

Wink

The other thread saying they are not a perfect fit is my thread

When I went to Corbeau and collected the tailored sub-frame I was speaking to one their guys, he was saying they have had some trouble with the Subaru sub-frames, as in, the frame they make up doesnt always match / allign up with the car. They think this could be because all the Subaru's are slightly different from each other, and the example frame they use could be slightly out.

The Corbeau Sub-frame on my car is slightly out by a few mm, preventing me from putting 2 bolts in

I expect if you took your car to Corbeau they could measure your car for a perfect fit. The conversion bars only work on passenger cars and they do fit nicely, you just need 1" spacers to enalbe the seat to travel back and forth. So all you would need is to go to Corbeau to get a tailored frame made-up for your car for about £60.

What colour seats are you after?

Blue

Yes, it's a shame we didnt meet-up. There was me thinking I'd arrange it when I got to Hastings.....funny that, when I have no PC in Hastings so there was'nt much I could do! It was a mad rush anyhow.

Just had a look on Corbeau website, the Pro looks v.nice

The seats are here if you want them. As I have family in Hastings I could bring the seats to you on a visit so not a problem with P+P

I think either seat will be comfy, the only difference with my seats is that they are designed for long-road journeys (good for back) and are reclinable

With any Corbeau seat you buy, you will need Corbeau to design a tailored sub-frame as the Blue-print frame they have does not fit every car.

I think the Targa's cost around £220 each not sure on the Pro. Bit of an un-informative website

Actually inside Corbeau I did see a Targa on display and some other bucket style seat. Whats your main concern Scoobyk? I might be able to take some piccies of my car with the seats both in to give you a better idea?

Let me know

Cheers

James
