small claims court - won't cost much and easy to do. good luck - tell us the seller and we can all enjoy bidding on his future auctions.....

Find out where he lives and burn his house down and the car the plate was attached to- harsh, i agree but some people need a firmer hand. Or maybe just leave neg feedback and hope he has a **** week/year!!
