Thought so, I have often tried to think of ways around this when using alloy, fibre glass and a carbon bonnet. I will give it more though without adding weight if for anything but for my own plans

doubt it will even be that many

 

Lot's of revs in a shorter space of time, then?

'Cause it's all about how many times the piston goes up and down the bore, right?

 

just a big of driving with lots of overrun etc..

probably 50miles.. done 20 already.. if I get a dry day with time I might take it further.

 

I bet even you cannot wait for it to be remapped after running in?!

well exhaust is now quiter but I havent heard it yet, CJ kindly added a silencer as I am too busy to touch it at the moment
