ive dealt with finnigan many times hes a man of his word i would have no reason to dis-believe him..all items posted and recieved when stated ..he even offered to sort my car out if i couldnt get it sorted .TOP MAN

Hi guys, for the guys who know what im on about, the TD05 Turbo he had was bought by me last week. As stated on here its fu*ked, but stated otherwise on ebay here:

I also have two different account names and contacted chap, he obviously was unaware it was me both accounts as messeges from the Eamonn chappy, On SN its says its FU*KED, and ebay says its 100% and no play, no smoke.

I have now received this turbo and OH yes it has conciderable play, and id deem it nakered. I have tried for refund and have dispute case on ebay.

I think he needs to be removed and banned.

finnigan5823 - His details can come in handy, if and when he does not comply with ebay and ill visit the chap so i can hand over the turbo and my full refund is giving in cash.

Not impressed one bit.

Just an update,

Eamonn has offered partial refund minus his costing of postage. Im now thinking hes expecting me to pay for the return postage.?!?!
Why should i pay that when i paid for the postage in the first place??

 

Strange as he was on here this afternoon but has not defended himself ????

Ebay usually expect the seller to give a full refund of the buying price plus post,but for the buyer to cover the cost of a return which needs to be tracked

I hope so, and the only reason is to be at the forefront of a NAMED AND SHAMED SECTION which this site should have, along with all the other scammers and con artist that plauge these site. would save alot of hassel if people could check up before and dealings to avoid all of the above, then banned for life.
