1 of my neighbours is like this. I think the entire street has seen her bits! Problem is, she hasn't got the best figure and at 9 am when your having the morning smoke, not what I want to see.
Walking back from the car, I saw movement out the corner of my eye and there she was standing in the bay window, **** and bush on show. I know I have low standards, but jees, I don't want to see it first thing in the morning.

Right Chaps I am a happily married man who isn't short of getting what he needs
Last night the girl over the road was getting ready to go out like she must do every Fri/Sat night she normally has her mates around and they go out.
She has a room upstairs at the front of her house and from what I can see there has never been curtains on the windows, they were recently decorating it.
She was getting ready for about 2 hours from what I could tell as I shut our downstairs curtains at 6pm as it was getting dark and you could see her getting ready upstairs with NO top on doing her hair in the mirror and quite frequently doing power stretches towards the ceiling with again no top on.
Now come on she must know exactly what she was doing?
I had a look for about 5 mins and from what I could tell she had no knickers on either at some points!
We went out to pick a curry up at 7pm and once we had finished eating at about half 7 I got changed upstairs and she was still at it full frontal nudity which is a bit hard not to stare!
What would you fellas do?
1. Have a bit of a perv?
2. Get ya tackle out lol.
3. Carry on with what you were doing?

Probably cant afford the curtains 
She came out before with her friend who had stayed over wearing just a vest and the lowest jogging bottoms you could wear. Almost muff out.
I will report back in next Friday/Sat lol.
She probably wants some **** as her fella hasn't been on the scene for a couple of months.

Used to have a girl behind a factory I w*rked at did this. We could easily see from our canteen window on dark winters nights, but eventually a boss found out and had the window obscured

Behind where I used to work was a travel log and many a night we would watch couples at it ..
I remember one night one of the lad shouting to get everyone over to the window to watch .. after a few minutes something wasn't right .. I could see the look of confusion on his face ..
Apparently they had swapped ends and "she" was now getting sucked off

The one time this happened to me was on the Middle wood way bike trail, I stopped to wait for J4ckos mate and turned round to see a young lady in a house overlooking the trail stood starkers in a bedroom window, I shout matey boy and he arrives and scares her off !

We live in the sticks and there is only about 4 houses.
One of the houses, a single bloke lived in. Thankfully he has now gone, but he used to be murder for standing infront of his window, having a stretch with his kit off.
A few of the stable wimmins complained about him. Not sure what happened, but he moved shortly after this.
I asked why they complained, and they said they wouldn't have if he had been fit

Standing in the window is probably exhibitionism but its a fine line between that and people nosing through your windows, you are allowed to be naked in your own home, you aren't allowed to bash one out in the window !

You are guilty of indecent exposure if you expose/display your genitals in an environment from where it can be reasonable expected that a member of the public can see.
So, if the public can readily look into your house and you are seen to be naked you can be found guilty of a sexual crime. Inclusion on the SOR will be mandatory. FWIW, suppose your house backs onto a farmers field and you happily stand nude at your window surveying the land beyond. Even in such circumstances you can be done because it is not unreasonable to assume that someone might wish to ramble or walk a dog through that field.
I got a real shock when I was exposed (get it
) to the ins and outs of the law on this matter. You really have very little rights to do what you want in your own home.... and that includes defending it against intruders!!!! 
Edited to add: To be convicted of this it must be proven that you knew (or could reasonable know) that you could be seen by a member of the public and that you deliberately exposed yourself to cause shock or alarm or for sexual gratification. As such, mistakenly dropping your towel in your own home (a one off) is not a crime. However, based on OP's description the women in question is committing a crime the penalty for which can include a jail sentence. She should also be placed on the same sex offenders register as rapists and paedophiles whereupon she will be treated exactly the same as rapists and paedophiles. Crazy stuff really.

However, I'd be very confident that any man (here is the inequality) prancing around naked in his home in a situation where members of the public can see is at a high risk of being reported/arrested/charged/convicted of a sexual crime. By all means, get your bits n' bobs out for your neighbours and report back
