Thanks Bob, fingers crossed and cash waiting
Have you got some pics of the ones you got, and the pod which they're going into? I've managed to tap a Defi pod off a mate

Mine arrived today
Very nice looking kits, all I need now is to get some time to myself to fit them, having read the instructions it looks pretty easy particularly as I'm going down the sandwich plate route.
I've seen folks saying to wrap the threads with PTFE tape anyone know if this is necessary with the sandwich plate too?

Hi mate, just got an email back...
He currently only has the 52mm (7 LED, peak recal func.) in stock, and can offer these at £4 off per gauges, then a further 15% off this figure..
The total for all three (boost, oiltep/press) would be £160.13
Dave, Rich (aka fistaboy/FBtuning) mentioned that PTFE wasn't the best way to go...
So i'm alittle lost with it all..lol..

Fek was that with the sandwich plate? I wont tolerate dripping, I was hoping to avoid having to take alternators and such like off but if its gonna leak i'll have to bite the bullet..

If so, these are the ones I wanted anyway

If these are the ones I will definitely have all 3 off him. If you could let him know to reserve them for me and give me some contact details I'll get in touch with him
Regards,
James
Your more than welcome to pop down and i'll give you a hand fitting and finalising these...
Im off all of next week...

Would they fit in a tripple pod with the little buttons on? The ones pictured in the newage pod don't have them on - I'm presuming you can take the side buttons off then and they still work fine?

The best place for them is behind the alternator, and on cylinder no.3. This way you dont hae to do an oil change too...so, i think this way is the easiest. Very easy stuff...

I was attracted to it by the low profile styling, I've seen some comments about it warping in the heat but looks sturdy enough to me (perhaps its been revised?) but I aint fitted it yet so I can't say for sure, time will tell I guess.

thanks for that i am much liking the low profile of that than the larger versions

He managed to get a few orders alittle squiffy, but i'm sure he'll sort them out. Make sure you ask him how to return them, as he'll either refund you your postage via a scanned recipt, or send you a prepaid envelope.
If you need details, PM me, and i'll send you his email...
