"Young and reckless" is something that happens, lack of experience mostly I'd say, but there is no excuse for "Old and foolish"!

I still think one of the best was 'Tweaky's ****' - he was complaining that his girlfriend whipped him too much and left him 'a bit raw' he even posted pics and everything - he was a internet sensation for a short while!
