Are they treated in any way to slow down oxidization? I bought a set off another company, and every time it rains, they look like they have been in the sea for years ( less the barnacles )

 

They will all do this on the swept areas, if it's the centres that bother you a couple of quick coats of VHT paint from Halfords does the job (about a £5 for a can that will do the whole car and plenty more).
