Well she was liberated thismorning. I'm onto V2.0 on my bodge repair, she's starting to take form. Had a trial fit thismorning, it was just pure fail written all over it. I can see me being £160 lighter before the day is out.

She hasn't been road tested yet. It seems to be grand although not a perfect fit as the wiper arm leans on the bonnet edge when in the rest position. It'll do till payday though!

Shoulda seen my neighbours face when I took the drill to the car after a self tapper wouldn't play ball with me.
